Metro 33 Sage

The NOMOS Metro 33 sage 1124 is the sapphire-back version of the smaller hand-wound Metro with a sage green dial, part of the Metro 33 trio shaped around a New York City-inspired palette. Here, the colorway suggests oxidized copper and weathered architectural surfaces, giving this reference a distinctly softer tone within the series. Its stainless steel case measures 33.0mm in diameter, 7.5mm in height, and 40.0mm lug to lug. It is fitted with domed sapphire crystal front and back and is water-resistant to 5 atm. The dial is galvanized in sage green, with mint green hour markers at 3, 9, and 12 o’clock, yellow minute markers, and a recessed small-seconds register. Rhodium-plated hands are paired with a yellow seconds hand, creating the most vivid contrast of the three Metro 33 variants. Inside is the NOMOS Alpha, a hand-wound movement measuring 23.3mm in diameter and 2.6mm in height, with 17 jewels and a power reserve of up to 43 hours. This reference is fitted on a velvet gray vegan velour remborde strap with quick-change spring bars and a 16mm lug width.
