Metro 33 All Silver / Steel Back

The NOMOS Metro 33 all silver 1122.SB debuted in 2024 as a smaller hand-wound Metro with a monochrome silver dial treatment, part of a trio of colorways described through a New York City lens. In this version, the visual emphasis is on the layered shades of silver and gray, tied to the facades of modern city architecture. Its stainless steel case measures 33.0mm in diameter, 7.5mm in height, and 40.0mm lug to lug. It is fitted with a domed sapphire crystal and, in this reference, a solid stainless steel case back. Water resistance is rated to 5 atm. The dial is galvanized and silver-plated with a sunburst finish, with light gray hour markers at 3, 9, and 12 o’clock and gray minute markers. A recessed small-seconds register adds depth, while the rhodium-plated hands maintain the watch’s tonal, near-monochrome appearance. Inside is the NOMOS Alpha, a hand-wound movement measuring 23.3mm in diameter and 2.6mm in height, with 17 jewels and a power reserve of up to 43 hours. This reference is fitted on a velvet gray vegan velour remborde strap with quick-change spring bars and a 16mm lug width.
