Ludwig 33 Champagner

The NOMOS Ludwig 33 champagne 247 is the steel-back version of the smaller hand-wound Ludwig, distinguished by a champagne-gold dial and the collection’s compact 33mm format. Its stainless steel case measures 32.8mm in diameter, 6.5mm in height, and 42.2mm lug to lug. It is fitted with a sapphire crystal and a stainless steel case back. Water resistance is rated to 5 atm; earlier versions were rated to 3 atm. The dial is galvanized in a champagne-gold tone and follows Ludwig’s familiar layout, with Roman numerals and a recessed small-seconds register. As on other Ludwig models, the dial uses IIII in place of IV. The main hands are rhodium-plated, while the small-seconds hand is neon orange. This reference is fitted on a beige vegan velour remborde strap with a 17mm lug width. Power comes from the hand-wound NOMOS DUW 4001, which has 17 jewels and a power reserve of up to 53 hours. Earlier versions of this reference were fitted with the Alpha movement before the transition to DUW 4001.
