The Eberhard Contodat 31156.04 debuted in 2025. The Contodat Chronographe is a mechanical chronograph with automatic winding, inspired by an Eberhard & Co. model from the late 1970s. Its design combines bold color contrasts and vintage details such as the orange central chronograph hand, trapezoidal date aperture, and 45-minute counter at 3 o’clock. Alternating soleil and azuré surface treatments enhance the visual depth of the dial and underline its 1970s character. This reference features a stainless steel case with a polished bezel, domed sapphire crystal with internal anti-reflective coating, a screw-down crown, and a screwed steel case back engraved with golden details and the Latin phrase “UBI TU IBI EGO.” The integrated steel bracelet alternates polished and satin finishes and is fitted with Eberhard’s patented 2CLICK® deployant clasp. The argenté dial combines a sunburst center and a satin-finished outer zone with tachymeter scale. Blue azuré sub-counters and orange-applied hour markers create a strong color contrast, while the skeletonized baton hands are rhodium-plated and filled with luminous material. Inside ticks the self-winding chronograph caliber SW510 BH a, providing central hours, minutes, and chronograph seconds, a 45-minute counter, and date display.
