The Universal Geneve Disco Volante Signature Blue UGUC002 debuted in 2026 as part of the Disco Volante Signature collection of Universal Genève. The design references the brand’s historic “Disco Volante” watches of the late 1930s, known for their rounded, lug-less cases that gave rise to the “flying saucer” nickname. This version features a stainless steel case with a stepped, lug-less profile, creating a smooth and compact silhouette on the wrist. The case incorporates a polished inner bezel and an engraved outer ring, framing a grained blue dial with applied indexes and tone-on-tone chronograph counters. A tachymeter scale further emphasizes the chronograph character of the watch. The watch is fitted with a blue alligator leather strap secured by a stainless steel folding buckle, complementing the color of the dial. The transparent caseback allows a view of the movement. Powering the watch is the Universal Geneve caliber UG-200, a self-winding mechanical chronograph movement.
