Universal Geneve caliber UG-200

The Universal Geneve caliber UG-200 is a self-winding mechanical chronograph movement developed as part of the modern revival of Universal Genève. The movement combines the brand’s historic expertise in chronographs with its tradition of micro-rotor automatic calibers. The UG-200 features an integrated chronograph with column wheel and vertical clutch, as well as a ¾ micro-rotor automatic winding system mounted on ball bearings. The movement measures 30 mm in diameter and has a height of 6.63 mm. It operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) and offers a power reserve of approximately 72 hours. The chronograph mechanism includes 30-minute and 12-hour counters, alongside the display for hours, minutes and small seconds.
