The Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch Plexi / See-Through / Leather 3872.50.01 has a 42 mm stainless steel case, and is water resistant to 50 metres.

This version of the Omega Speedmaster Professional, reference 3872.50.01 has a plexi glass front while the back is fitted with a sapphire glass. The leather strap distinguishes it from the more common 3572.50.00. It was replaced by the 'sapphire sandwich' in 2004.
