Tetra 27 Gold

The NOMOS Tetra Gold 27 418 places the square Tetra design in a 27.5mm 18k yellow gold case with a white silver-plated dial, tempered blue hands, and the hand-wound DUW 4001 calibre. It follows the compact Tetra format, with the collection’s geometric case architecture, small seconds display, and stepped lug construction. The case measures 27.5mm by 27.5mm, with a height of 6.4mm and a lug-to-lug length of 38.5mm. It is made from 18k yellow gold and fitted with a sapphire crystal front and sapphire crystal case back. The crown is also made from gold, while the double-stepped lugs form one of the defining external details of the Tetra design. Water resistance is rated to 3 atm. The galvanized white silver-plated dial uses fine printed indexes, a square minute track, and a round small seconds sub-dial at 6 o’clock. The tempered blue steel hands provide contrast against the pale dial surface. The display consists of central hours and minutes with subsidiary seconds. Power comes from the NOMOS DUW 4001, a manually wound in-house calibre measuring 10 ½ lignes in diameter and 2.6mm in height. It has 17 jewels, a power reserve of up to 53 hours, and uses the NOMOS swing system. The movement is visible through the sapphire crystal case back. The watch is supplied on a black Horween Genuine Shell Cordovan remborde strap with an 18mm lug width.
