Nomos Glashütte Club Sport Neomatik Worldtimer White / Closed Case Back 792.SB

Nomos Glashütte Club Sport Neomatik Worldtimer White / Closed Case Back Ref. 792.SB

The Nomos Glashütte Club Sport Neomatik Worldtimer White / Closed Case Back 792.SB has a 40 mm stainless steel case, measures 9.9 mm thick, and is water resistant to 100 metres.

Reference 792.SB is the closed-back version of the NOMOS Club Sport Neomatik Worldtimer with a white silver-plated dial. It combines the 40mm stainless steel Club Sport case and integrated bracelet with the automatic DUW 3202 worldtime calibre, a screw-down crown, and a 10 atm water resistance rating. The white dial gives the multilayered worldtime display a more restrained appearance, with colour used mainly for the functional indications. The stainless steel case measures 40mm in diameter, 9.9mm in height, and 48mm from lug to lug. It has a screw-down crown, a closed stainless steel back, and a domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides. A red warning ring at the crown indicates when the crown is not fully secured; when closed, the case is rated to 10 atm. The dial is galvanized and white silver-plated, with the worldtime display arranged across several layers. The main time zone is adjusted through the pusher at 2 o’clock, while the corrector at 8 o’clock is used to synchronize the main display with the home time indication. The sub-dial at 3 o’clock shows a second time zone on a 24-hour scale with a single hand, with blue and red used to distinguish day and night hours. The hour numerals and indexes are filled with gray Superluminova, while the rhodium-plated hour and minute hands have white Superluminova inlays. Both glow blue in low light. Red accents appear on the small numerals around the edge of the main dial, the local-time marker, and the outer ring of the home-time sub-dial. Power comes from the NOMOS DUW 3202, an automatic in-house worldtime calibre measuring 13 ¾ lignes in diameter and 4.8mm in height. It has 37 jewels and a power reserve of up to 42 hours. The worldtime mechanism is integrated into the gear train, and the movement has a rotor with a gold-coloured globe motif. The watch is supplied on the Club Sport stainless steel bracelet with quick-change spring bars and a 20mm lug width. The bracelet combines fine satin and polished surfaces and is integrated into the case design.
