Nomos Glashütte Club neomatik 42 date blue / bracelet Ref. 782

The NOMOS Club Sport neomatik 42 date blue 782 was introduced in 2021 as the blue-dial version of the larger date-equipped Club Sport neomatik. This reference combines a 42mm stainless steel case with a galvanized blue dial, sunburst finishing, and the automatic DUW 6101. It retains the 30 atm water-resistance rating of the black-dial version, with the 1000 ft indication placed on the dial and a sapphire crystal case back showing the movement. The stainless steel case measures 42.0mm in diameter, 10.2mm in height, and 52.3mm from lug to lug. It has a screwed construction, a screw-down crown, and a domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides. The crown includes a red anodized aluminum warning ring that becomes visible when it is not fully screwed down. Water resistance is rated at 30 atm, making the watch suitable for diving. The dial is galvanized in blue and finished with a sunburst surface, giving it a directional reflection under changing light. White Super-LumiNova is applied to the hour numerals and indexes, while the rhodium-plated hour and minute hands carry matching luminous inlays. The display includes large Club Sport numerals, baton indexes, a small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock, and a date window at 3 o’clock. The 1000 ft text appears below the small seconds indication. Inside is the NOMOS DUW 6101, an in-house automatic movement with the NOMOS swing system and a patented date mechanism. It measures 3.6mm in height, has a diameter of 35.2mm, and offers a power reserve of up to 42 hours. The movement is visible through the sapphire crystal case back. The watch is fitted to the Club Sport bracelet with quick-change spring bars and a 20mm lug width. The bracelet combines satin-finished and polished stainless steel surfaces and closes with a NOMOS folding safety clasp.
