Nomos Glashütte Club Sport Neomatik 37 Petrol Ref. 746

The NOMOS Club Sport neomatik petrol 746 was introduced in 2022 as a 37mm stainless steel model within the Club Sport neomatik collection. This reference is defined by its petrol green PVD-coated dial with sunburst polishing, paired with the slimmer automatic architecture of the DUW 3001-based Club Sport neomatik range. Reference 746 differs from the closely related closed-back version by its sapphire crystal case back, through which the in-house automatic movement is visible. The stainless steel case measures 37.0mm in diameter, 8.3mm in height, and 47.7mm from lug to lug. It has a screwed construction and is fitted with sapphire crystal glass with anti-reflective coating on the inner side. Water resistance is rated at 20 atm, making the watch suitable for swimming and diving. The use of 316L stainless steel supports the sports-watch character of the model, while the relatively low case height reflects the slim construction of the automatic movement inside. The petrol green dial has a PVD coating and sunburst polishing, producing a reflective surface that changes with the direction of the light. White Super-LumiNova is applied to the recessed hour numerals and indexes, and the rhodium-plated hands are filled with matching white luminous material. The display is arranged around the established Club Sport format, with large Arabic numerals, baton markers, broad hands, and a minute track placed close to the dial perimeter. Inside is the NOMOS DUW 3001, an in-house automatic movement with bidirectional winding and the NOMOS swing system. The movement measures 3.2mm in height and has a power reserve of up to 43 hours. In this configuration, it is visible through the sapphire crystal case back. The watch is fitted to the Club Sport bracelet with quick-change spring bars and an 18mm lug width. The bracelet combines satin-finished outer surfaces with polished inner surfaces and can be adjusted in length to suit the wrist.
