The IWC Big Pilot Stainless Steel / Black / Boutique USA IW5004-12 has a 46.2 mm stainless steel case, measures 15.8 mm thick, and is water resistant to 60 metres.

The Big Pilot 5004 represents the second generation of the IWC Big Pilot's Watch. The case still measures a 'Big' 46.2mm across, whilst the dial and hands are of a slightly different design. From 2006 to approx. 2007 the Big Pilot used the 51110 movement; from 2007 onwards the 51111 was used. The IWC Big Pilot's Watch reference IW5004-12 is a limited edition of 25 pieces created for the American IWC boutiques. It features a Stainless Steel case and a Black dial with yellow markers. Inside ticks the self-winding caliber 51011 with small seconds.
