Ref. 8914
The Omega calibre 8914 is a self-winding mechanical movement with Co-Axial escapement. It drives central hours and minutes and includes a time-zone function. Two mainspring barrels mounted in series provide the power reserve, while the winding system operates automatically in both directions. The calibre 8914 is certified as a Master Chronometer by METAS and is resistant to magnetic fields of up to 15,000 gauss. The movement features a rhodium-plated rotor and balance bridge decorated with Geneva waves in arabesque, and incorporates an engraved Constellation Observatory motif.
