Zenith Chronomaster Sport Skeleton Rose Gold / Black Ref. 18.3130.3600/01.R951

The Zenith Chronomaster Sport Skeleton Rose Gold / Black 18.3130.3600/01.R951 has a 41 mm ceramic case, measures 13.6 mm thick, and is water resistant to 100 metres.

The Zenith Chronomaster Sport Skeleton 18.3130.3600/01.R951 debuted in 2026 as an 18-carat rose gold execution of the openworked Chronomaster Sport, combining the collection’s skeletonized chronograph architecture with a black ceramic bezel and black rubber strap. Within the Chronomaster Sport Skeleton line, this reference shifts the emphasis away from the newly introduced steel bracelet and clasp system and toward case material contrast, pairing warm rose gold with a darker dial and bezel treatment. Its 41mm case is crafted in 18-carat rose gold and finished with alternating brushed and polished surfaces. The bezel is made of black ceramic and graduated over 10 seconds, allowing the central chronograph hand, which completes one full rotation every 10 seconds, to display elapsed tenths of a second directly. Zenith rates water resistance at 10 ATM. In this version, the classic pump-style pushers remain in place, maintaining the Chronomaster Sport’s direct link to traditional chronograph construction while the gold case materially changes the watch’s overall presence. The dial is constructed in tinted sapphire, darkened from the outer edge toward the centre, revealing the openworked movement beneath. Unlike the green-bezel steel version with tonal grey counters, this reference retains the signature overlapping tri-colour registers associated with the El Primero line. Faceted rhodium-plated hands and applied hour markers are coated with Super-LumiNova C1, ensuring legibility against the more complex skeletonized display. Through the dial and sapphire caseback, the column wheel and horizontal clutch layout remain visible as integral elements of the watch’s visual identity. Inside is the El Primero 3600 SK, an automatic high-frequency column-wheel chronograph movement operating at 36,000 vibrations per hour, or 5Hz, with a power reserve of approximately 60 hours. It displays central hours and minutes, small seconds at 9 o’clock, and a 1/10th of a second chronograph with a central hand making one revolution in 10 seconds, alongside a 60-minute counter at 6 o’clock and a 60-second counter at 3 o’clock. The movement incorporates a silicon escape wheel and lever, a stop-seconds mechanism, and an openworked star-shaped oscillating weight. This reference is fitted on a black rubber strap secured by an 18-carat rose gold folding clasp. In contrast to the steel versions on bracelet, the strap gives the watch a more concentrated material and colour contrast, placing the visual weight on the rose gold case, black ceramic bezel, and transparent dial rather than on bracelet architecture or clasp development.
