The Vacheron Constantin Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin 4300V/220R-H144 debuted in 2025. The watch is housed in an 18k 5N pink gold case measuring 41.5mm in diameter and 8.1mm in thickness, with a soft iron casing ring for anti-magnetic protection. It is fitted with sapphire crystals on both sides and is water resistant to 50 meters. The dial is crafted in pink gold with a golden-toned translucent lacquer. It features a sunburst satin-finished base, velvet-finished flange, and snailed counters. A matching pink gold moon phase disc is set at 6 o’clock. The hour markers and hands are also in pink gold, highlighted with blue Super-LumiNova. A peripheral minutes track is printed in blue to contrast the tone-on-tone composition. The watch is powered by the self-winding caliber 1120 QP/1. This ultra-thin perpetual calendar movement is 4.05mm thick, runs at 19,800 vph, and has a power reserve of 40 hours. It displays hours, minutes, day, date, month, leap year, and moon phase. The 22k gold oscillating weight is decorated with a compass rose. This reference is worn on a pink gold bracelet with Maltese cross-shaped links and folding clasp with comfort-adjustment system.
