Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 Grendizer 50th Anniversary Ref. T137.407.33.051.01

The Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 Grendizer 50th Anniversary T137.407.33.051.01 has a 40 mm stainless steel case, measures 10.9 mm thick, and is water resistant to 100 metres.

The Tissot PRX UFO Robot Grendizer 50th Anniversary 40mm T137.407.33.051.01 was introduced as a limited edition of 1,975 pieces, marking fifty years of UFO Robot Grendizer and created in collaboration with Go Nagai. The watch is presented in a dedicated capsule inspired by the Spazer spacecraft. The tonneau-shaped case measures 40 mm in width, 39.5 mm in length and 10.93 mm in thickness. It is crafted from 316L stainless steel with a black PVD coating and is water resistant to 100 metres. The sapphire crystal features an anti-reflective coating, and the case back is transparent. The dial is executed in black and features a sculpted bust of Grendizer, treated with Super-LumiNova for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions. An 18-carat gold-coloured seconds hand in Harken style provides contrast against the dark background. A detail is concealed within the bezel as a subtle engraved reference to the character. The automatic movement is visible through the case back, where a specially engraved rotor continues the thematic design.
