Rolex Datejust 41 Stainless Steel - Smooth / Green Ombré / Jubilee 126300-0026

Rolex Datejust 41 Stainless Steel - Smooth / Green Ombré / Jubilee Ref. 126300-0026

The Rolex Datejust 41 Stainless Steel - Smooth / Green Ombré / Jubilee 126300-0026 has a 41 mm white gold case, and is water resistant to 100 metres.

The Rolex Datejust 41 126300-0026 debuted in 2026 as a new Oystersteel variation of the Datejust collection, combining the 41 mm case with a green lacquer ombré dial and a Jubilee bracelet. In this configuration, the watch takes the familiar Datejust formula and shifts the balance toward the dial, using a lacquered gradient display as the main point of distinction while keeping the rest of the design notably restrained. Its Oyster case measures 41 mm in diameter and follows the established construction of the Datejust line, with a monobloc middle case, screw-down case back, and Twinlock screw-down winding crown. Executed entirely in Oystersteel, this reference is fitted with a smooth bezel rather than the fluted white gold version found on other Datejust 41 models, giving it a cleaner and more direct profile. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal incorporates the Cyclops lens over the date, and water resistance is rated to 100 metres, preserving the practical Oyster architecture that underpins the collection. The dial is the defining feature of this reference. Rolex presents it in green lacquer ombré, with the entire surface coated in lacquer, a first for an ombré dial since this style returned to the catalogue in 2019. The effect is created by applying green lacquer to the base plate and then spraying black lacquer in concentric motions toward the outer edge. This treatment gives the dial greater depth than a flat-colour execution and sharpens the visual contrast around the date aperture, while the white inscriptions, Chromalight hour markers, and central handset maintain the familiar Datejust layout. The result is a display that remains straightforward in structure, but markedly different in atmosphere from the standard sunray or uniform-colour dials in the range. Inside is Rolex calibre 3235, a self-winding manufacture movement with centre hours, minutes, and seconds, instantaneous date with rapid setting, stop-seconds for precise time setting, and a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. It runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour and is equipped with a blue Parachrom hairspring and Paraflex shock absorbers. As in other Datejust 41 references, the movement combines the collection’s signature date display with Rolex’s current automatic architecture. The watch is fitted with a Jubilee bracelet in Oystersteel, with five-piece links, a folding Oysterclasp, and the Easylink comfort extension system allowing approximately 5 mm of adjustment. In this execution, the Jubilee bracelet gives the watch a more traditional Datejust identity, while the smooth bezel and monochrome steel case keep the overall profile relatively understated. That combination leaves the green ombré dial as the clear visual focal point, giving the Datejust 41 126300-0026 a distinct place within the current line-up.
