The Rolex Datejust 36 126234-0070 debuted in 2026 as a White Rolesor configuration within the Datejust collection, combining a bright blue dial with new-style Roman numerals, a fluted bezel, and an Oyster bracelet. Its 36 mm Oyster case is built with a monobloc middle case, screw-down case back, and Twinlock screw-down winding crown. The case is executed in White Rolesor, with Oystersteel for the middle case and bracelet elements and white gold for the bezel. Here, the fluted bezel introduces one of the defining visual signatures of the Datejust. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with Cyclops lens covers the dial side, and water resistance is rated to 100 metres. The dial is bright blue with a sunray finish and fitted with Roman numeral hour markers in the updated style. The display follows the standard Datejust layout of central hours, minutes, and seconds with a date window at 3 o’clock. In this version, the stronger bezel architecture creates a more recognisably classic Datejust profile than the domed variants. Inside is Rolex calibre 3235, a self-winding mechanical movement with central hours, minutes, and seconds, instantaneous date with rapid setting, and stop-seconds for precise time setting. It offers approximately 70 hours of power reserve and is equipped with a blue Parachrom hairspring and Paraflex shock absorbers. The watch is fitted with an Oyster bracelet in Oystersteel with three-piece solid links. It is secured by an Oysterclasp folding clasp and incorporates the Easylink comfort extension system, allowing approximately 5 mm of on-the-wrist adjustment.
