The Rolex Datejust 36 126231-0048 debuted in 2026 as an Everose Rolesor configuration within the Datejust collection, combining a 36 mm Oyster case with a slate dial, diamond-set Roman numerals, a fluted bezel, and an Oyster bracelet. Its Oyster case measures 36 mm in diameter and retains the standard Datejust case architecture with a monobloc middle case, screw-down case back, and Twinlock screw-down winding crown. The case is executed in Everose Rolesor, combining Oystersteel and Everose gold, while the bezel is fluted in Everose gold. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with Cyclops lens covers the dial side, and water resistance is rated to 100 metres. The dial is executed in slate with a sunray finish and features Roman numerals, with the VI and IX in 18 ct gold and set with 24 diamonds. The display follows the standard Datejust arrangement of central hours, minutes, and seconds with a date window at 3 o’clock. In this version, the fluted bezel introduces a more recognisably classical Datejust element, contrasting with the darker dial tone and gem-set numeral treatment. Inside is Rolex calibre 3235, a self-winding mechanical movement with central hours, minutes, and seconds, instantaneous date with rapid setting, and stop-seconds for precise time setting. It offers approximately 70 hours of power reserve and is equipped with a blue Parachrom hairspring and Paraflex shock absorbers. The watch is fitted with an Oyster bracelet in Everose Rolesor with three-piece solid links. It is secured by an Oysterclasp folding clasp and incorporates the Easylink comfort extension system, allowing approximately 5 mm of on-the-wrist adjustment.
