The Parmigiani Tonda 1950 Tourbillon was launched in mid-2015. As indicated by its name, it is based on the original 2010 Tonda 1950 - yet now featuring a self-winding movement with tourbillon escapement. In fact, at the time of introduction this caliber PF517 was the flattest self-winding movement with flying tourbillon ever nade, The case of the Tonda 1950 Tourbillon measures 40.2mm across, which makes it only slightly larger than the regular Tonda 1950.
