The Oris Lou Gehrig Limited Edition 01 754 7785 4091-Set was introduced in 2026 as a limited edition of 2,130 pieces. Based on the Big Crown Pointer Date, the watch commemorates Lou Gehrig and his 2,130 consecutive games played for the New York Yankees. It was created in support of The Lou and Eleanor Gehrig Family Foundation. This reference has a 40.00 mm multi-piece stainless steel case measuring 12.20 mm thick, with a lug-to-lug length of 48.20 mm. It is fitted with a domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on the inside, a screwed stainless steel case back, and a stainless steel screw-in security crown. Water resistance is rated to 5 bar. The silver dial has a vertically brushed finish and uses a blue and white color scheme inspired by the New York Yankees. Time is indicated by central hour, minute, and seconds hands, while the date is shown by a central pointer hand. The number 4 on the date ring is highlighted in blue, referring to Gehrig’s uniform number. The dial combines Arabic numerals and indexes, with hands, numerals, and indexes filled with Super-LumiNova. Inside is the Oris Calibre 754, an automatic movement with central hours, minutes, and seconds, a central pointer date, instantaneous date, date corrector, stop seconds, and a fine timing device.
