This reference features a symmetrical 38 mm stainless steel case with brushed and polished surfaces. The case measures 44.92 mm from lug to lug and has a thickness of 12.36 mm. A domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment on both sides protects the dial, while water resistance is rated to 150 metres. The watch is delivered on a black leather strap, manufactured from calf leather with a non-grained surface and a grained underside, secured by a stainless steel foldover clasp. The dial is finished in grey with a black gradient, maintaining the Railmaster’s emphasis on clarity and legibility. Large Arabic numerals and hour markers are filled with white Super-LumiNova, ensuring strong visibility in low-light conditions. The layout remains time-only, reflecting the functional restraint associated with the historical Railmaster models. Powering the watch is the self-winding Omega Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8806. The movement offers a power reserve of approximately 55 hours and is certified by METAS. It provides resistance to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss, continuing the Railmaster’s long-standing focus on anti-magnetic performance. The calibre can be viewed through the transparent sapphire crystal caseback. This configuration preserves the technical identity of the Railmaster while pairing its utilitarian design with a leather strap, offering a more understated alternative within the contemporary Seamaster Railmaster lineup.
