Nomos Glashütte Tangente Gold Neomatik Doré Ref. 162

The NOMOS Tangente gold neomatik doré 162 debuted in 2025 as a 35mm automatic Tangente executed in 18 kt gold. It shares its case, dial layout, and DUW 3001 calibre with the standard Tangente gold neomatik, but is distinguished by gold hands in place of the blued handset. Its case is crafted in 18 kt gold and measures 35.0mm in diameter, 6.9mm in height, and 43.0mm lug to lug. The watch is fitted with a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on the inner side and a sapphire crystal case back. Water resistance is rated to 3 atm. The straight case sides and angled lugs remain consistent with the established Tangente design. The dial is galvanized and white silver-plated, with Arabic numerals, minute markers, and a recessed small-seconds register. In this doré version, the hands are executed in gold, creating a tone-on-tone relationship with the case while retaining the standard Tangente neomatik display. Inside is the NOMOS DUW 3001, an automatic in-house movement measuring 28.8mm in diameter and 3.2mm in height, with 37 jewels and a power reserve of up to 43 hours. The calibre is equipped with the NOMOS swing system and was developed to allow automatic watches to retain a notably slim profile. This reference is fitted on a black Horween Genuine Shell Cordovan remborde strap with an 18mm lug width.
