Nomos Glashütte Tangente Gold Neomatik Ref. 161

The NOMOS Tangente gold neomatik 161 debuted in 2025 as a 35mm automatic Tangente in 18 kt gold, combining the model’s familiar design with NOMOS’ ultra-thin DUW 3001 caliber. Its case measures 35.0mm in diameter, 6.9mm in height, and 43.0mm lug to lug. It is fitted with a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on the inner side and a sapphire crystal case back. Water resistance is rated to 3 atm. The dial is galvanized and white silver-plated, with Arabic numerals, minute markers, and a recessed small-seconds register. Tempered blue steel hands complete the display. Inside is the NOMOS DUW 3001, an automatic in-house movement measuring 28.8mm in diameter and 3.2mm in height, with 37 jewels and a power reserve of up to 43 hours. It is equipped with the NOMOS swing system and was developed to keep automatic watches notably slim. This reference is fitted on a black Horween Genuine Shell Cordovan remborde strap with an 18mm lug width.
