Orion Neomatik 36 Champagne

The NOMOS Orion Neomatik Champagne 393 is the champagne gold dial version of the 36.4mm Orion neomatik, combining the rounded stainless steel Orion case with the automatic DUW 3001 calibre. The dial execution is specific to this reference, with a warm galvanized champagne surface, rhodium-plated hands, and a neon orange central seconds hand. The case measures 36.4mm in diameter, 8.5mm in height, and 45mm from lug to lug. It has a domed sapphire crystal front and a domed sapphire crystal case back. The Orion case is defined by its rounded, lenticular profile, tapered lugs, narrow bezel, and compact crown. Current specifications list water resistance at 5 atm, an increase from the earlier 3 atm rating. The galvanized champagne gold dial uses fine hour markers, printed minute and seconds markings, and a recessed small seconds sub-dial at 6 o’clock. The neon orange seconds hand and dial accents distinguish this version from the white silver-plated Orion neomatik references, while the display remains limited to central hours and minutes with subsidiary seconds. Power comes from the NOMOS DUW 3001, an automatic in-house calibre measuring 12 ¾ lignes in diameter and 3.2mm in height. It has 27 jewels, a power reserve of up to 43 hours, and uses the NOMOS swing system. The movement is visible through the sapphire crystal case back. The watch is supplied on a natural-finish cowhide leather remborde strap with an 18mm lug width.
