The NOMOS Orion 38 Silver 378 combines the larger 38mm Orion case with a polished silver-plated dial, gold-plated hands, and gold-plated hour markers. It uses the closed-back stainless steel case format and the hand-wound Alpha calibre. The stainless steel case measures 38mm in diameter, 7.9mm in height, and 48mm from lug to lug. It has a domed sapphire crystal front and a closed stainless steel case back. The Orion case is defined by its rounded, lenticular profile, curved crystal, narrow bezel, and elongated tapered lugs.
