The IWC Pilot's Watch Spitfire Double Chronograph Stainless Steel / Black / Italian / Bracelet IW3713-37 has a 42 mm stainless steel case, measures 16.2 mm thick, and is water resistant to 60 metres.

In production from circa 1996 to 2005, the IWC Pilot's Watch Doppelchronograph ref. 3713 is the second of IWC's pilot's watches to be fitted with a split-second chronograph. It was available in either stainless steel, yellow gold or platinum, with various dials, and with day-discs in different languages. The stainless steel version was available in a strap or bracelet; the platinum execution too had five pieces made on the bracelet. From 2003 onwards the 3713 was exclusively available with Spitfire-type dials. Reference IW3713-37 has a Stainless Steel case and a Black 'Spitfire' dial.
