The IWC Pilot's Watch Mark XVI was introduced in 2006. Compared to the earlier 3253, it's case had grown to 39mm and both dial and hands featured a new design, giving it a more luxurious and less instrumental look. Reference IW3255-04 is fitted with the stainless steel reference IWA19416 bracelet.
