The Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical 36mm H69399930 was introduced in 2026. It is a 36 mm hand-wound Khaki Field model inspired by the Hamilton FAPD 5101, a navigator’s watch issued to U.S. Air Force navigators around 1970. The watch was produced exclusively during 2026, marking the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence of the United States. This reference has a 36 mm stainless steel case measuring 10.2 mm thick, with a lug width of 18 mm. It is fitted with fixed bars, an acrylic box-shaped crystal with hard coating and anti-fingerprint treatment, and is water-resistant to 10 bar, or 100 meters. The black dial follows the layout of the historical FAPD 5101, with Arabic numerals, a 24-hour inner scale, and central hour, minute, and seconds hands. The hands and dial are treated with Super-LumiNova Grade X2. Inside is the Hamilton H-50, a hand-wound mechanical movement with an 80-hour power reserve. It is fitted with a Nivachron balance spring. The construction also includes a dust cover, referencing the anti-magnetic dust cover used on the original model. The watch is fitted with a textile NATO strap with a pin buckle.
