Breitling Cockpit B55 Connected Prototype Ref. B55 Connected
The Breitling Cockpit B55 Connected Prototype has a 46 mm titanium case, measures 16.45 mm thick, and is water resistant to 100 metres.
Released just prior to BaselWorld 2015, the Breitling Cockpit B55 Connected offers a novel interpretation of the Smart Watch concept: it is not the watch that is an extension of the phone, but rather the other way around. With the Breitling B55 Connected, connection to a smart phone app is made to facilitate and simplify the operation of the watch itself: the smart phone can be used to change timezones, set the alarm, store data of measurements done with the watch et cetera. As pictured, the watch never went into production. The final production model is the B55 Exospace.
