The Breitling Chronomat B01 Chronograph 42 AB0158101L1S1 belongs to the 2026 Chronomat redesign, which updated the case construction and external proportions of the B01 42 chronograph. This stainless steel reference has a 42mm case, a green dial with black chronograph counters, and a green rubber strap. The case measures 13.77mm thick, reduced from the earlier 15.1mm profile, and uses concealed lugs as part of the revised Chronomat architecture. The stainless steel case is water resistant to 200 meters and fitted with a cambered sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment on both sides. The unidirectional ratcheted bezel retains raised rider tabs, numerals, and minute indexes, while the 2026 construction integrates the bezel ring, insert, rider tabs, and screws into a single-piece component. The rehaut has been simplified by removing the previous 1/100 scale, and the crown guard has been reduced in size. The green dial has black chronograph counters, applied hour markers, central hands, and Super-LumiNova on the hands and indexes. The display consists of central hours and minutes, small seconds, chronograph seconds, 30-minute and 12-hour chronograph counters, and a date aperture. Inside the watch is Caliber B01, a COSC-certified self-winding manufacture chronograph movement with a column wheel and vertical clutch. It runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour and uses 47 jewels. This reference is fitted to a straight green rubber strap with a stainless steel folding clasp.
