150 Heritage Ultra-complication Universal Calendar
Ref. 75150PT.OO.01
The Audemars Piguet 150 Heritage Ultra-Complication Universal Calendar debuted in 2026 as a limited-production pocket watch created to mark the Manufacture’s 150th anniversary. It is housed in a 50 mm hand-engraved platinum case with a thickness of 23.4 mm, fitted with a glass-box sapphire crystal and a Supersonnerie soundboard caseback. The watch is not water resistant. The dial is executed in translucent blue grand feu enamel and features hand-engraved 18-carat white gold Roman numerals, tone-on-tone counters with silver-grey detailing, and 18-carat pink gold hands. The decorative engraving references astronomical motifs and anniversary emblems, applied entirely by hand. Timekeeping and complications are driven by the hand-wound Calibre 1150, an ultra-complicated movement comprising 1,099 components. It provides hours and minutes, a grande sonnerie Supersonnerie, minute repeater, flying tourbillon, flyback chronograph, split-seconds chronograph, perpetual calendar with large date, and astronomical moon indications. Distinct from the base movement, the Universal Calendar mechanism is housed within the caseback. This independent mechanical system integrates solar, lunar, and lunisolar cycles, mechanically coordinating astronomical indications over extended timeframes while remaining physically and functionally separate from the timekeeping calibre. The watch is delivered with a hand-made platinum chain. Production is limited to two platinum examples, with additional executions planned in white gold.
