The largest sub-dial is devoted to the jumping seconds, with hours and minutes shown in the smaller subsidiary dials. A triangular aperture between the hour and minute circles serves as an end-of-power indication, turning red when 10 hours of reserve remain. Movement finishing includes untreated German silver plates and bridges, blued screws, hand-engraved balance cock, and elaborate decoration to Lange’s highest standards.
