Formula 1 Solargraph 38 Zandvoort
Ref. WBY111L.BA0042
The TAG Heuer Formula 1 Solargraph Zandvoort WBY111L.BA0042 was introduced in 2026 as a limited edition of 1,000 pieces created for the final Dutch Grand Prix at Circuit Zandvoort. It shares the grey, orange and red color scheme of the rubber-strap version, but is fitted with a three-row stainless steel bracelet. This reference was designated as an e-commerce exclusive at launch. The 38 mm case is made of sandblasted stainless steel and fitted with a flat sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment. The orange bidirectional TH-Polylight bezel carries a 60-minute scale, while the steel crown is positioned at 3 o’clock. A screw-down steel case back completes the case, which is water-resistant to 100 meters. Its grey opaline dial features an orange and red minutes track, red-lacquered applied markers and matching red-lacquered hands. The hour markers and hour and minute hands are filled with eggshell-colored Super-LumiNova with green luminescence. Shield-shaped markers occupy the 6, 9 and 12 o’clock positions, while the date is set at an angle at 3 o’clock. TAG Heuer Calibre TH50-00 provides the hours, minutes, central seconds and date. The solar quartz movement converts both natural and artificial light into energy. One minute in direct sunlight provides about a day of operation, and a full charge offers up to ten months of autonomy. The movement can restart after approximately ten seconds of light exposure, while the accumulator has a stated lifespan of up to 15 years. Reference WBY111L.BA0042 is fitted with a sandblasted three-row stainless steel bracelet and a folding clasp with double safety push-buttons and an adjustment extension.
