The model draws inspiration from the brand’s mid-century designs, particularly the Monodatic of the 1950s, reflecting a period when Universal Genève explored bolder case proportions and distinctive dial layouts. This version features an 18k rose gold case with a fluted bezel, paired with a black lacquered dial fitted with angled trapeze-shaped indexes. The case is characterized by polished twisted lugs and a box-shaped sapphire crystal, elements that emphasize the watch’s architectural lines and highlight the dial. The watch is delivered on a brown alligator leather strap with an 18k rose gold pin buckle, complementing the warm tone of the case. The open caseback allows a view of the movement inside. Powering the watch is the Universal Geneve caliber UG-110, a self-winding mechanical movement with a micro-rotor winding system.
