Polerouter Hardstone Stainless Steel / Bull's Eye

The Universal Geneve Polerouter Hardstone UGPO004 debuted in 2026 as part of the Polerouter collection of Universal Genève. The model belongs to the modern revival of the Polerouter line, originally introduced in 1954 and designed by Gérald Genta for Scandinavian Airlines’ pioneering polar flights. This version features a 39mm stainless steel case with the characteristic twisted lugs associated with the Polerouter. The dial is crafted from bull’s eye stone, integrated with the crosshair layout typical of the Polerouter and framed by a sunray-finished inner bezel, emphasizing the depth and texture of the natural material. Powering the watch is the Universal Geneve caliber UG-110, a self-winding movement with micro-rotor automatic winding. The Hardstone models reintroduce the use of stone dials within the Polerouter design, combining the collection’s established aesthetic codes with decorative materials.
