The Universal Geneve Cabriolet UGCA006 debuted in 2026 as part of the Cabriolet Prêt-à-Porter collection of Universal Genève. The model draws inspiration from rectangular watches produced by the brand during the 1930s, reflecting the geometric design language associated with the Art Deco period. This version features a stainless steel rectangular case with a reversible construction, allowing the watch to be turned within its carriage. The front side displays a blue lacquered dial with inlaid indexes and a clean, classical layout. The reverse side reveals a transparent caseback through which the movement can be observed. The reversible design also allows the caseback surface to be personalized, for example through engraving or miniature artwork. Powering the watch is the Universal Geneve caliber UG-111, a manual-winding mechanical movement. The watch is fitted with a stainless steel nine-row bracelet, matching the case and reinforcing the watch’s architectural design.
