PRX Powermatic 80 Stainless Steel / MOP

The Tissot PRX 40mm T137.407.11.111.00 is an automatic model with a 40 mm stainless steel case, white mother-of-pearl dial and integrated stainless steel bracelet. It uses the familiar PRX case architecture inspired by a Tissot design from 1978. The 316L stainless steel case measures 40 mm in width, 39.5 mm in length and 10.93 mm in thickness. It is fitted with a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating and a transparent case back. Water resistance is rated to 100 meters. The white mother-of-pearl dial features applied hour markers and central hour, minute and seconds hands. Super-LumiNova is applied to the hands, while a date aperture is incorporated into the display. Power comes from an automatic Powermatic 80 movement with a stated power reserve of approximately 80 hours. The movement uses Tissot’s Nivachron balance spring, developed to improve resistance to magnetic fields. The watch is fitted with an integrated 316L stainless steel bracelet with a quick-release system and a butterfly clasp with push-buttons.
