The Rolex Oyster Perpetual 34 124208-0002 debuted in 2026 as a precious-metal variant within the Oyster Perpetual collection, combining a 34 mm Oyster case in 18 ct yellow gold with a white dial, a domed bezel, and an Oyster bracelet. Its Oyster case measures 34 mm in diameter and follows the established Oyster construction with a monobloc middle case, screw-down case back, and Twinlock screw-down winding crown. The case is executed entirely in 18 ct yellow gold, and the bezel is the domed type. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal covers the dial side, and water resistance is rated to 100 metres. The dial is executed in white and, in this configuration, features hour markers in natural stone at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock. As on other Oyster Perpetual references, the display consists of central hours, minutes, and seconds without a date. The contrast between the white lacquer dial and the yellow gold case gives this reference a more direct appearance than the gem-set variants, while the marker treatment distinguishes it from more conventional Oyster Perpetual executions. The dial also features a Chromalight display with long-lasting blue luminescence. Inside is Rolex calibre 2232, a self-winding mechanical movement with central hours, minutes, and seconds, and stop-seconds for precise time setting. It offers a power reserve of approximately 55 hours and is equipped with a Syloxi silicon hairspring with patented geometry and Paraflex shock absorbers. The watch is fitted with an Oyster bracelet in 18 ct yellow gold with three-piece solid links. It is secured by an Oysterclasp folding clasp and incorporates the Easylink comfort extension system, allowing approximately 5 mm of on-the-wrist adjustment.
