Datejust 41 Stainless Steel - Fluted / Green Ombré / Oyster
Ref. 126334-0033
The Rolex Datejust 41 126334-0033 debuted in 2026 as a new variation of the Datejust collection, combining the familiar 41 mm case with a green lacquer ombré dial in a white Rolesor configuration. Within the contemporary Datejust line, this reference is defined by the interplay between some of the model’s most established visual elements, namely the fluted bezel, the Oyster case, the date display under a Cyclops lens, and the use of green, here presented in an ombré execution that moves from a vivid centre to a darker outer edge. The case follows the established Datejust architecture, with a monobloc middle case, screw-down case back, and Twinlock screw-down winding crown. Measuring 41 mm in diameter, it is executed in white Rolesor, Rolex’s combination of Oystersteel and white gold, with the fluted bezel in white gold and the rest of the case in Oystersteel. The crystal is scratch-resistant sapphire and incorporates the Cyclops lens over the date, one of the most recognisable elements of the Datejust. Water resistance is rated to 100 metres, preserving the practical Oyster construction that underpins the collection. The dial is the defining feature of this reference. Rolex presents it in green lacquer ombré, with the entire dial surface coated in lacquer, a first for an ombré dial since this style returned to the catalogue in 2019. The gradient effect is created by applying green lacquer to the base plate and then spraying black lacquer in concentric motions toward the outer portion of the dial. This treatment draws the eye inward while also strengthening the visual prominence of the date window, whose white background stands out more clearly against the darker perimeter. White printed text, Chromalight hour markers, and the familiar central handset complete a display that remains recognisably Datejust while introducing a markedly different tonal character. Inside is Rolex calibre 3235, a self-winding manufacture movement with centre hours, minutes, and seconds, instantaneous date with rapid setting, stop-seconds for precise time setting, and a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. It operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour and is equipped with a blue Parachrom hairspring and Paraflex shock absorbers. As in other Datejust 41 references, the movement combines the collection’s everyday date function with Rolex’s current-generation automatic architecture. The watch is fitted with an Oyster bracelet in Oystersteel, with three-piece solid links, a folding Oysterclasp, and the Easylink comfort extension system allowing approximately 5 mm of adjustment. In this configuration, the bracelet gives the watch a slightly more direct and understated character than a Jubilee bracelet would have done, which suits the stronger contrast created by the green ombré dial and the fluted bezel. The result is a Datejust 41 that remains immediately identifiable as part of the longstanding collection, yet is distinguished by a dial treatment that gives one of Rolex’s most established designs a noticeably different visual atmosphere.
