Celestial Sunrise and Sunset 6105 White Gold / Black
Ref. 6105G-001
The Patek Philippe Grand Complications 6105G-001 6105G-001 debuted in 2026 as a Celestial model combining the collection’s astronomical display with indications for sunrise and sunset and correction between summer time and winter time. It is housed in a 47 mm white gold case and fitted with a black composite strap. The case measures 47 mm in diameter and 12.39 mm in thickness. It combines polished and sandblasted finishes, while the case flanks and solid case back feature a pattern inspired by the design of space modules. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres. The integrated black composite strap is secured by a patented white gold fold-over clasp. The dial is built around a sapphire-crystal sky chart showing the configuration of the sky in the northern hemisphere, with an ellipse marking the portion visible from Geneva and other cities at the same latitude. It also displays the apparent movement of the stars, the phases and orbit of the Moon, sunrise and sunset times, and a peripheral date indicated by a red varnished hand. Mean solar time is shown by skeletonized white gold hands with white varnish. Inside is the self-winding calibre 240 C LU CL LCSO. Based on the ultra-thin calibre 240 architecture, it incorporates the sky chart, moon phases, sunrise and sunset indications, seasonal time correction, meridian, the time of meridian passage of Sirius and of the Moon, angular motion of the Moon, and date. The movement measures 38 mm by 7.93 mm, consists of 426 parts, uses 51 jewels, and is wound by an off-centre 22K gold mini-rotor. It runs at 21,600 semi-oscillations per hour and offers a power reserve of 38 to 48 hours.
