The Patek Philippe 5016 was introduced in 1994. It features a COSC-rated, hand-wound movement with perpetual calendar, minute repeater and tourbillon escapement. It was Patek's most complicated wristwatch until the launch of the Sky Moon Tourbillon in 2001. The present variation of the Patek 5016 Tourbillon Minute Repeater Perpetual Calendar has a yellow gold case and a silver dial with applied Breguet numerals. 5016J-001 is similar.
