The Patek Philippe Calatrava Ref. 6119R-001 debuted in 2021 as a rose gold interpretation of the brand’s emblematic time-only model, defined by its guilloché hobnail-pattern bezel. The rose gold case measures 39 mm in diameter and 8.08 mm in thickness and is water-resistant to 30 metres. A sapphire crystal case back provides a view of the manually wound movement. The silvery grained dial is fitted with applied faceted obus-style hour markers in rose gold. Time is indicated by faceted Dauphine-style hour and minute hands, also in rose gold, with a small seconds display positioned at 6 o’clock. The restrained dial layout emphasises clarity and proportion, consistent with the Calatrava design language. Powering the watch is the manually wound Caliber 30-255 PS. The movement measures 31 mm in diameter and 2.55 mm in thickness and comprises 164 components and 27 jewels. It operates at a frequency of 28,800 semi-oscillations per hour and uses twin barrels to provide a minimum power reserve of 65 hours. Regulation is ensured by a Gyromax balance paired with a Spiromax balance spring. The movement is finished in accordance with the Patek Philippe Seal. The watch is delivered on a shiny chocolate brown alligator leather strap with square scales, secured by a rose gold prong buckle.
