Speedmaster Moonwatch Co-Axial Master Chronometer Dark Side of the Moon Black Black / Rubber

The Omega Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon 310.92.44.51.01.002 debuted in 2025. It is housed in a 44.25 mm polished and brushed black ceramic case, measuring 15.09 mm thick with a 50.0 mm lug-to-lug span and 21 mm lug width. The brushed ceramic bezel carries a laser-engraved tachymeter scale filled with black grand feu enamel. Sapphire crystals with anti-reflective treatment are fitted front and back, and water resistance is rated at 50 meters. The black ceramic dial is laser sand-blasted and displays small seconds at 9 o’clock, a combined 60-minute and 12-hour recorder at 3 o’clock, and a date at 6 o’clock. All hands and bevelled indexes are blackened and filled with black Super-LumiNova (green emission). Inside ticks the self-winding 9900, a column-wheel Co-Axial Master Chronometer chronograph certified by METAS and resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss. It features a silicon balance spring, twin barrels mounted in series, a time-zone function, and a 60-hour power reserve. The Black Edition finish includes a matte-blackened rotor, main plate and bridges with black-varnished engravings, visible through the transparent caseback. This reference is fitted with a black rubber strap featuring a lunar-surface motif on the underside, secured by a ceramic foldover clasp with ceramised titanium frame-spring folders.
