The Breitling Chronomat B31 Automatic 40 AB3114101C1A1 is part of the 2026 Chronomat redesign and introduces a 40mm time-and-date format to the collection. This stainless steel reference has a blue dial and a stainless steel Rouleaux bracelet. The case measures 10.99mm thick, is water resistant to 200 meters, and follows the updated Chronomat construction with concealed lugs and a more integrated case-and-bracelet profile. The case is fitted with a sapphire crystal and a unidirectional ratcheted bezel with raised rider tabs, numerals, and minute indexes. The blue dial has applied hour markers, central hands with Super-LumiNova, central seconds, and a date aperture. The layout is direct and symmetrical, with the bezel and Rouleaux bracelet carrying much of the recognizable Chronomat design language. Inside the watch is Caliber B31, Breitling’s COSC-certified manufacture automatic movement introduced in 2025. It runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour and provides an approximate power reserve of 78 hours. This reference is fitted to a stainless steel Rouleaux bracelet with a concealed butterfly clasp and Breitling’s patented micro-adjustment system.
